This makes us very sad as a small business and will impact our business a lot. Royal Mail pays a big part in delivering our parcels to you and we can only apologise on the inconvenience and disruption this will cause.
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates. Delivery Offices and Customer Service Points will be closed on days when strike action is taking place for Delivery. We will not be able to drop off parcels on these dates.

- Sunday 11th December
- Wednesday 14th December
- Thursday 15th December
- Friday 23rd December
- Saturday 24th December
We do use other services such as UPS they are fast and very reliable and deliver next working day. We understand courier services are a little more expensive but it will guarantee your order arrives much faster while the Royal Mail strike action is taking place at the busiest time of year.
