Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Items must be returned at your expense. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at laura@littlestitchersews.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be returned at your expense. We advise you send your returns by insured post or courier so you have proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and flaws / non-returnable items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect all our fabrics and vinyls to the best of our ability and strive to only send out the best quality however, due to the nature of custom fabric and how it is printed, flaws may happen. Small flecks or spots may occur and are part of the printing process. Flaws smaller than 2.5cm will not be refunded. Larger flaws will be considered for partial refund or replacements. Any flaw within 15cm of the selvage is not cause for replacement or refunding. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material larger than 2.5cm, please notify us. All fabrics are cut by hand and might be +/- 1cm. All flaws/shortages must be reported to us within 7 days following the delivery of your order. Cut fabric from the bolt are not refundable unless faulty or damaged as it will have been cut to your specific requirements. Custom products are non-returnable (such as special orders or custom made bags). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
