Shipping policy
We are taking a shipping break between 11th - 25th June. Last shipping date Thursday 11th June. Orders must be placed by 10am to be included in the last parcel collection. Shipping will resume from Thursday 25th June.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days starting the day after receipt of your order. We dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only, excluding UK bank holidays. During sales and busier periods it can take up to 7 business days after the date you ordered for it to leave us.
UK -

For orders going to Scottish highlands and Islands we may charge additional postage costs, should this be the case for your order we will contact you in advance to discuss your options. Unfortunately we can no longer ship orders to Northern Ireland.
We send UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and tracked courier services. We have the right to make the decision regarding which method to use. This decision is determined by the weight and length of the parcel and which service is most cost effective. If a package is returned to us after non-delivery, the buyer will be asked to advise the correct address and be charged for postage in full.
International -
We send international orders using Royal Mail Tracked and insured. We have the right to make the decision regarding which shipping method to use. This decision is determined by the weight and length of the order and which service is most cost effective. Once dispatched, it will take approximately 12-14 business days to arrive. Delivery times are an aim and not a guarantee.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your provided delivery address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned to us after non-delivery, the buyer will be asked to advise the correct address and be charged for postage in full.
USA - Royal Mail Tracked and insured then USPS once it arrives in the USA.
Shipping £30* (flat rate) - Import duties can be seen at the checkout and these will be payable by you. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail PDDP (postal delivered duties paid).

Canada, Australia and New Zealand - Royal Mail Tracked and insured then your local postal service once it arrives into your country.
Shipping £30* (flat rate) - For orders sent outside of the UK import fees, taxes and handling fees from the delivery company are NOT included in our delivery costs. All orders sent outside the UK will be handled by the courier as 'delivered duties unpaid' (DDU), which means that you are responsible for paying import VAT (and customs duties if payable) and possibly a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country, the value and the nature of the item. All customs forms are filled in accurately. Unfortunately customs charges may delay delivery. This is out of our control so we can only apologise for the inconvenience.

EU - Unfortunately we can no longer ship orders to the EU.
*If an international parcel is over 3kg in weight then there may be a surcharge for postage. We will always email you before shipping the order to ask if you would like to pay the surcharge or would prefer to cancel the order. If your order is only small and shipping is less than our international flat rate cost we will refund overages over £2.

Delays and Lost Parcels -
In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive please contact us and we will help investigate the situation. UK orders are not classed as lost until 10 business days after dispatch. International orders are not classed as lost until 32 business days after dispatch. If this time has passed and your order has still not arrived please contact us we will work with you to try to locate your parcel. We can’t be held responsible for the errors or delays of Royal Mail in delivering your package, but we will do what we can to locate the package for you if it’s delayed. Occasionally parcels delayed can be held up in customs (you may be sent a request to pay customs charges before they release your parcel) for various reasons those things are beyond our control. We recommend also checking with your local sorting/delivery office to see if they have your parcel. Occasionally parcels may be too large to fit through letter/post boxes and are taken there for collection by the addressee at a later date.
Orders that are lost in the post will be resent by us once we have verified the correct delivery details and the parcel is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail. We assume no responsibility for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us after non-delivery, you will be asked to advise the correct address and be charged for postage in full.
